[Certbot-dev] josepy 1.1.0 release

josepy 1.1.0 has been uploaded to PyPI. The main purpose of this release is to remove the deprecation warnings that are printed to a user’s terminal when josepy is used with cryptography>=2.2.0.

The changelog for the release is:

* Deprecated support for Python 2.6 and 3.3.
* Use the ``sign`` and ``verify`` methods when they are available in ``cryptography`` instead of the deprecated methods ``signer`` and ``verifier``.
