I was reading this recent blog post about git, and how a lot of its
difficulty is related to its overly-complex conceptual model:
https://blog.acolyer.org/2016/10/24/whats-wrong-with-git-a-conceptual-design-analysis/
"Most usability experts seem to recognize the importance of a product’s
conceptual model, and the problems that arise when the user’s mental
model, and the correct conceptual model of the product diverge."
This seemed like a useful lens to put on Certbot and its usability. It
might be fun to map out Certbot's conceptual system and see what could
be improved (possibly in a future major revision).
