Translations can be sent as patches or git requests, but the easiest<br>
thing for the developers is if you create them using the Transifex<br>
site. Instructions for creating translations for us with Transifex<br>
are below. If you can submit or help check translations (particularly<br>
to a language that you speak natively), it would be a big help for<br>
the project. The amount of text to be translated to address the<br>
current problem is quite small (94 words!) and we hope to use it in<br>
a release this week.<br>

To translate this with Transifex, you need to create a Transifex<br>
account via<br>

if you don't already have one. Then log into your account and<br>
click "Explore", then search for "Tor Project", and click on The<br>
Tor Project. Then choose the language you plan to translate into,<br>
click on the name of that language, and then click "Join team"<br>
and "Go" to accept joining the translation team for your language.<br>

Then, in the Tor Project resources list, find and click the link<br>
for the file<br>

HTTPS Everywhere - https-everywhere.dtd<br>
<br>
and choose "Translate now" to enter the translation interface.<br>
Typically, there will be up to six untranslated strings, which<br>
refer to the problem with the development version upgrade. You<br>
can also review and correct other people's translations for these<br>
strings.<br>
