Hi,

this is Dario, from Spain.

I have been using HTTPS-Everywhere for some time now ... and I
am overall happy with it ... but ... there is an annoying glitch
that I would like to let you know.

Background : Due to several reasons I have moved the
HTTPS-Everywhere entry from Tools menu to Help menu. This is
something I usually do with unfolding entries on Tools menu. I
accomplish the entries movement with 'Menu Editor' addon (
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/menu-editor/ ) ...
I have done similar entry movements in similar circumstances to
some other unfolding entries like Ghostery, WOT or FloatNotes ...
with no kind of problem so far.

When I move HTTPS-Everywhere entry from Tools menu to Help menu
there are no problem either ... and the entry gets properly moved.
The problem comes when I hover the mouse pointer over
HTTPS-Everywhere entry ... the submenu gets NOT EXPANDED ... and
so ... the entry itself is not operative. If I move the entry back
to Tools menu things get fixed and everything works fine.

Well ... this is not a very big problem, that's right ... but I
recognize it is a very annoying one. As I own a small screen sized
laptop, my Firefox toolbar is a bit cluttered with different icons
and some other little things ... the 'perfect solution' for me for
having a quick availability of HTTPS-Everywhere options is the
menu entry movement ... just as I do with some other addon
unfolding entries ...

Can you please have a look at this annoying issue ?

Thank you very much for your great addon and for your help.

Ps : I am using HTTPS-Everywhere 2.0.5 on Firefox 13.0 over
Kubuntu Oneiric amd64. As far as I remember I have been suffering
this 'misbehaviour' since I started using HTTPS-Everywhere ( about
four months ago ).
