Okay, here's my translation. It also includes the SSL Observatory,
but I didn't check where these strings appear in the interface.<br>

Some remarks:<br>

- I apparently can't translate the "or" word between the donation
links in the About dialog.<br>
<br>
- Translating sentences with hyper links in it can be a problem if
not all languages have the same word order. I managed to work around
this problem by rephrasing the sentence, but that may not always be
possible. This could be solved by adding empty entities for text
after the last hyper link.<br>
<br>
- I assumed the character encoding to be UTF-8.<br>

Yes, it's been hard to keep these English string literals out of the code as
we rushed to finish various features, but they are bugs, and every string
should be a reference to an entry in a .dtd file.
