      Thanks for the patch! All of the tech team at EFF is occupied with
      various conferences (OHM and Black Hat / DEF CON), so we may not
      get to this right away, but it is on our radar. Feel free to also
      send pull requests directly to the HTTPS Everywhere git repo, if
      you haven't already, and in the future you can use the cc'ed rules
      alias for rule changes.<br>

I've removed june and malcolm and rodolpho because we don't want to get
into the business of enumerating all servers of that category, and most

Any word on this?  i don't see it applied to the git repo yet, on either
branch.  It's been nearly a week now.
