The subdomains guide.opendns.com and block.opendns.com do not
support https. Exceptions need to be added to the rule to avoid this
problem. A modified rule for Opendns I have tried is:<br>
<br>
<ruleset name="OpenDNS"><br>
<target host="opendns.com" /><br>
<target host="*.opendns.com" /><br>
<font color="#ff0000"> <exclusion
pattern="^<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://guide\.opendns\.com/">http://guide\.opendns\.com/</a>" /></font><br>
<font color="#ff0000"><exclusion
pattern="^<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://block\.opendns\.com/">http://block\.opendns\.com/</a>" /></font><br>
<rule from="^<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://(www\.)?opendns\.com/">http://(www\.)?opendns\.com/</a>"
to=<a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="https://www.opendns.com/">"https://www.opendns.com/"</a>/><br>
<rule from="^<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://(">ht<a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="mailto:^http://([^/:@]*)\.opendns\.com/">"^http://([^/:@]*)\.opendns\.com/"</a>
to=<a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="https://$1.opendns.com/">"https://$1.opendns.com/"</a>/><br>
</ruleset><br>
<br>
<br>
If the original rule worked when it was first created, perhaps
OpenDns stopped supporting https on those subdomains.<br>
